Former Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam will “probably return” to the central barracks on Thursday 19 January for the continuation of his interrogation in the case of the safes containing Rs 220 million seized at his home in Riverwalk in February 2015.This was stated by his lawyer Me Gavin Glover, Senior Counsel, at Radio Plus after his interrogation at Central CID on Wednesday afternoon 18 January.Navin Ramgoolam was allowed to leave around 3:45 pm after his audition. He is already under a provisional charge of money laundering in this case.”The second stage of the interrogation of Navin Ramgoolam continued in serenity as usual. The examination is not over. We will probably come back tomorrow morning [Thursday 19 January] for the rest, and we hope to finish tomorrow morning.”Obviously, we can not reveal what was said during the interrogation,” says Gavin Glover.
